Hydrate + nourish
It is important you arrive well hydrated and have eaten about two hours before your session. We want you to leave feeling recharged, not depleted. You are welcome to bring a water bottle (no glass, please). Filtered water and tea are also available in the lounge for all guests.
Arrive sober
Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry.
Swimwear is required for all guests moving through our Elemental Flows. If you forget yours, you can purchase one from our retail space. No slides or flip flops are required, as we are a barefoot space beyond the changeroom. If you prefer to have your feet covered, ice bath shoes are available for purchase. Two towels will be provided for you upon entry.
Guests booked for massage or physiotherapy will be provided with a robe and slides upon arrival. For physiotherapy sessions, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for movement and stretching.
If you plan to enjoy a sauna and ice bath session before or after your treatment, make sure to pack your bathing suit. Two towels will be provided to you. If you hope to shower post-treatment, swimwear is still required.
Kove offers gendered change rooms, an immersive lounge with a fireplace, a tea and water station, a 30-person dry performance sauna, communal showers with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a salt scrub offering, two dousing buckets, and three ice baths on the main floor.
Upstairs, Kove is home to four treatment rooms and a physiotherapy exercise space. An accessible main-floor treatment room is also available.
Kove was designed to reconnect you with your body, nature, and community. Our offerings blend restorative and therapeutic experiences from sauna and ice immersion to massage and physiotherapy. Kove is a space that supports presence, resilience, and renewal.
Our trained guides are here to support you every step of the way.
In short: scrub - sauna - rinse - plunge - rest - repeat
We encourage guests to begin with a salt scrub, removing and releasing anything you don’t wish to bring into your flow. Many guests choose to start with the sauna. Typically, 10–20 minutes is best, though we encourage you to listen to your body.
Upon exiting the sauna, head to the showers for a rinse or enjoy a dousing bucket for a quick cool-off. The ice baths come next. We encourage you to gently step into discomfort here, plunging for anywhere between 30 seconds and three minutes.
This is where our guides can be most supportive, offering gentle encouragement, helpful tips, or immersive soundscapes. Following your dip, we recommend resting on a nearby bench for a minute or two before returning to the lounge. Repeat as desired.
Sauna temperatures range from approximately 70°C during Guided Flows to up to 95°C during Open Elemental Flows, with humidity levels between 0–30%.
Ice bath temperatures range from 2–8°C.
Each Elemental Flow offers a different atmosphere. All flows are 75 minutes and move through the same sauna, shower, and ice circuit - the difference is in the energy, sound, and social tone of the space. Guests are encouraged to choose the flow that best supports how they want to feel that day.
Silent Flow
A quiet, inward experience. No talking in the sauna or ice baths. This flow supports introspection, nervous system regulation, and deep presence.
Whisper Flow
A softly social experience. Quiet conversation is welcome, with voices kept low - only the person beside you should hear your words. This flow balances connection with calm.
Social Flow
A more open, communal experience. Conversation and shared energy are welcome, while still respecting the space and those around you. This flow is about connection, warmth, and collective presence.
Guided Flow
During Guided Elemental Flows, you will move through the space with a group and Guide. Expect 15–20 minutes in the sauna, with your Guide leading themed experiences that may include breathwork, visualizations, gentle movement, introspection, release, sound journeys, and community connection. The group will then move to the showers and ice baths for a guided dip before returning together to the sauna. Each Guided Flow ends with time to rest or repeat the circuit, allowing you to close your flow as you wish.

Yes. We offer direct billing for most insurance companies.
If you require a receipt, please let our Hosts know prior to your massage or physiotherapy appointment. We will issue one upon check out, which you can then submit to your insurance provider.
Please arrive about 15 minutes early to get the most out of your session. Start and end times will always be respected. Guests who arrive late for Guided Elemental Flows may be denied entry.
Massage and physiotherapy guests are encouraged to enjoy the lounge before treatment, so it’s best to give yourself plenty of time to do so and settle in.
Volume levels vary by Flow Type and apply throughout the sauna and ice baths:
Silent Flows - no talking
Whisper Flows - only the person beside you should hear your conversation
Social Flows - volume levels may rise
In all flows, we ask guests to remain respectful of one another and the atmosphere of the space. The lounge will always remain a space for gentle conversation.
In the sauna, guests must always sit on a towel. Your Guide will place water and essential oil-infused snowballs on the stove, so guests are asked not to do so themselves.
In the ice baths, guests must shower before stepping in. Each bath fits two people. Guests may enter simultaneously with a partner. If another guest is already immersed, please wait until they have exited before entering.
Kove is a space for connection - to self, surroundings, and community. While friendly conversation is welcome, this is a flirt-free space. Any unconsensual touch or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
Kove is a tech-free space. We ask that all phones, headphones, and tablets be left in your locker.
Appointments are required for massage and physiotherapy. Walk-ins for the sauna and ice baths are welcome, pending availability.
