Benefits

Getting elemental feels good (and does good).

Moving from hot to cold encourages blood vessels to open and close, supporting circulation and the body’s natural detoxification through lymphatic flow.

The heat softens the muscles and the cold reduces soreness and inflammation bringing a deep sense of relief.

Hot and cold exposure helps the body meet stress and return to calm, building resilience over time.

Encourages mental clarity and the release of the body’s own feel-good chemicals.

Once the circuit is complete, most people notice a sense of calm as the body finds its natural rhythm again.

Choose the flow that calls to you

Guided Flow

An immersive Guide-led experience, you'll be led through a themed flow as a group.

Silent Flow

Enjoy a quiet, self-directed experience designed for deep presence and introspection.

Whisper Flow

A softly social, self-led experience that balances connection with calm.

Social Flow

Late night and lively, this flow encourages connection, community, and conversation.

The Sauna Experience

Inspired by fire, rooted in tradition. Our handcrafted 30-person sauna is best enjoyed for 10–20 minutes, allowing the body to warm gradually before stepping out.

The Ice Bath Experience

Submerge into one of our three cold plunge tubs, modeled after the brisk waters of the Atlantic.

The initial chill is invigorating, with most people starting with 30 seconds and moving up from there as they gain experience.

Pre-hydrate

Once you start sweating, you’re already playing catch-up. Arrive well hydrated and continue to drink throughout your flow. Adding salts or minerals can help replenish what you lose, so you leave feeling recharged.

Wear a sauna hat

A sauna hat helps protect your hair and head from excess heat, keeping you more comfortable and allowing you to stay present in the experience longer.

Build your cold exposure gradually

Many of the physiological benefits begin around the 30-second mark. Start there and build over time, letting tolerance develop naturally.

Rest after the plunge

Resist the urge to rush straight back into the heat. Taking a few moments to rest allows your body temperature to recalibrate and helps integrate the full benefits of the cycle.
